Farm-to-table
Zapotal maintains robust organic farms with vegetable gardens, dairy barns, chicken coops, beehives, smokehouses, flower fields, mango farms, and herb gardens—enabling members to join in the process of cultivating, harvesting, and preparing meals. To supplement these experiences, Zapotal will offer regular farmer’s markets, featuring produce and goods from local growers and artisans. The club also works closely with local fishermen and ranchers to provide a steady supply of the freshest meats and seafood.
